Real estate developer and Marsh Builders founder, Ron Buck serves as General Contractor for every Marsh Builders project, and takes a true hands-on approach to bringing design ideas to life.

Ron personally oversees all aspects of construction project management, both inside and outside, including:

• Coordinating with architects and designers

• Planning and Budgeting

• Obtaining permits, engineering and conservation approvals

• Interior design, and home technology-automation

• Landscaping, hardscaping, and pool design and installation

What clients appreciate most about Ron are his diligent attention to detail, commitment to quality, and the personal touch he brings to each client project.

Construction Supervisor

As the Marsh Builders Construction Supervisor, Bob Marques manages the day-to-day operations in bringing in the right tradespeople at the right time so your home is built on time and within budget.

Bob has built and remodeled many high end, multi-million dollar projects. He has worked closely with some of the best architects in New England creating and remodeling many homes, equipping them with luxury items such as indoor pools to custom basketball courts.

Bob’s personal attention to detail and effective communication are what clients love most about working with him. He always makes his clients feel important and meets, if not exceeds their expectations.

Junior Site Supervisor

Bradley started working with Marsh Builders after high school as a laborer and now works alongside Bob in keeping job sites running smoothly.

Bradley steps up to complete many of the small tasks and details that keep projects over the finish line. His natural mechanical abilities, eagerness to learn, and friendly disposition make him a valued team member and trusted partner with clients, subcontractors, and vendors alike.

He continues to work for Marsh Builders while working towards earning a degree in mechanical engineering.

Operations Administrator

Operations Administrator Laurie McGurl keeps the Marsh Builders office running like a well-oiled machine while Ron, Bob, and Bradley are out in the field. Likely the first person you’ll speak with when you call, Laurie’s ability to multi-task, her attention to detail and ability and perform under pressure are what make it possible for Ron, Bob, and Bradley to focus on project-related details.

Her previous experience in Condo Management, Property Management and Office Management mean no task is too small or too challenging. And her superhuman organizational skills enable her to keep the office and paperwork running smoothly.
